Arabica Coffee Scrub From Majestic Pure

I purchased this Because I LOVE any natural body scrub & also make my own as well. This is a mixed review for me. I love to provide 5* ratings for items but this one just doesn’t really make the grade for me. Thus the 4* rating. Overall the item is ok & it does leave the skin smooth & soft.  Sadly, it seems like some of the oil leaked out or something as the seal was not very secure. The scrub is VERY dry for a coffee/salt/sugar scrub & the smell is lighter than I expected. This could be a result of a badly sealed batch. I was kind of expecting a fresh ground coffee smell but it was very faint so I was a little sad there. I will say however, with a few small additions to this scrub it is fantastic. I added some fresh ground espresso & some grapeseed carrier oil. It was a simple fix. & I love the scrub now. I will likely be contacting the company about the ineffective seal & dryness. I will update review if I get a response.

Pros:

So as far as this scrub goes, it is a decent base scrub & a fantastic scrub after a little fresh ground espresso & some grapeseed oil.  Even dry though, the scrub does make the skin feel good

Cons:

I’m sad to say that the dryness of this scrub is defiantly a negative. I’m hoping this is just a result of a badly sealed batch I will be contacting the company about this & will update my review accordingly depending on their response

In my opinion I would recommend this product but with the suggestion of adding an additional carrier oil.. I would also like to note that I received this product at a discount or free in exchange for an honest and unbiased review. As much as I would love to give every item a 5* review I am committed to providing honest & truthful reviews. If I really don’t like something you will know it.
